Nicole Dodson has approximately 20 years’ experience in the senior living industry, focusing on senior living operations, consulting, sales/marketing, culinary, maintenance, healthcare, lifestyle, and all ancillary services. Nicole has held community leadership roles as well as regional roles in the industry. Nicole is very well versed in policies, procedures, and state regulation requirements.

Nicole has a Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) license in the following states: Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Florida, South Carolina, and California. Nicole is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), a very valued designation in the senior industry.

Nicole, as a Senior Placement Consultant, will help the clients narrow the maze of options by locating appropriate Independent, Assisted, Memory Care and 6-bed Board & Care communities. Nicole’s vast expertise and experience in the geriatric field will assist the client in choosing the right senior community based on care, location, and budget needs. The senior placement services to clients are free.

Nicole is also available to also offer consulting, training, and resources (for a negotiated fee) for Families as well as these same services for Communities which are struggling with behavioral concerns, redirection, special cases and support groups. Her goal is to help loved ones remain able to “age-in-place.”
