Mona Lalchandani has over 25 years of experience in the geriatric field. She has helped over a thousand families navigate the overwhelming process of narrowing down the search to find the right senior community based on budget, care needs, and cost. She has extensive experience working in Adult Day Health as a social worker, Marketing Director at Sunrise and Aegis. She was the Community Education Director for Behavioral Health at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center. She also founded and operated a successful Senior Placement Company (ESP) for 10 years (2006-2016). She started the company in 2006 when a friend needed help finding a community for her 88-year-old mom. My company was founded on the philosophy of treating seniors with dignity, respect, and compassion.
